When an alignment is finished, in case some clips could not be aligned, Auto-Align Post allows you to see the alignment log.
If you see some of the clips were skipped due to a negative offset, please try the following:
In the Edit tab: Timeline → Audio → Detach Synced Audio from Video.
Run Auto-Align Post again.
Note: For safety, save a copy of your project before using Detach Synced Audio from Video.
